South korean cuisine, the other Asian styles of cooking

Korean cuisine is unique and has little in common with other Asian cooking styles. In the past, South Korea is primarily an agricultural country, and as a result of rice was their principal food for many years.

South Korean food usually consists of soup, rice, water, rice and some side dishes that may or banchan 3 to 20 digits. Some of the most popular dish in Korean cuisine includes Bibimbap, which is a type of rice mixed with vegetables and peppers, Bulgogi, marinated beef barbecue dishes are charcoal grilled and served with onions and mushrooms and bi Gal Fuel, a special dish, consisting of short ribs seasoned. Other dishes are very popular throughout South Korea Haemultang this is a kind of seafood stew. All dishes are common in all regions, but there are a number of regional specialties like Dakgalbi, spicy chicken dish which is part of the city of Chuncheon kitchen.

The most famous dish of all in South Korea is kimchi (sometimes also spelled Kimchee). This side dish is sauerkraut valid and which are also equipped with herbs, garlic and a few other ingredients. This can be compared with roast dinner for the Brits, or pasta to Italy. The word kimchi almost all Korean people and seeing their faces light up.

In general, Korean food is often spicy and often accompanied with garlic and rice. It can be a bit of getting used to, but once you do, it can be very addictive and offers some great flavors.
