Sensation of Tibetan Food

Think about Tibetan food and the first thing that comes into your mind is the ever popular momo. Fried or steamed, regardless of how they eat momos or wontons have become a staple in every street and corner of Delhi, Tibetan food, but it begins and ends with dumplings docile. There is more to Tibetan cuisine and even if you’re not the kind of experimentation is not nothing I can not prove thukpa.
Although the possibility of New Delhi sampling Tibetan food is certainly much higher than anywhere else in the country a few years ago would go crazy trying to find momos in Mumbai! In essence, a spicy noodle soup with vegetables and meat, thukpa is traditionally served at dinner, but in recent years has become a popular meal in itself. One dish particularly popular in the colder regions of the Himalayas thukpa spicy chicken or vegetable broth filled with vegetables or heat boiled meat provides food that few can boast.
Tibetan food has been a staple for half a century in Delhi. In the days before the area was limited to the Red Fort at Majnu Ka Tilla around, where Tibetan refugees have settled. In the 1990′s Chinese fast food trucks once before many colonies of Delhi and when the correction was not haute cuisine on the menu were the vans who served first and Majnu Ka Tilla momos thukpa to outside.
Chanakya small places like food and Chinese and Tibetan to the consternation of the wise politically correct. But when the subject is the taste and hunger all crimes can be forgiven.
The Chanakya cinema could have died and the leather market in the same complex that it can attract many customers, but the race to the food stalls were kept unchanged. With mercury showing no sign of increase for next days or weeks, winter is the best time to take thukpa hot pipes.
Vegetables and meat – chicken and pork are the two most popular varieties, with clear noodle soup may be the perfect accompaniment for a plate of steaming hot momos, but to really enjoy the thukpa it need to be eaten by themselves. Add freshly ground pepper and a little red pulp also known as momo sauce thukpa does it better and before I knew that you heat wrap heaven. It is a dish that provides comfort in the cold and if it will work in the Himalayas, it is certain they can defeat the Delhi winters!
