My Favorite Banana Cake Recipe

This is my favorite recipe banana cake. It is incredibly simple and it feels really good to eat guilt-free main course. When you use almond milk or soy for this, no milk, no sugar and free from any artificial or processed. A healthy snack for the whole family – and absolutely guilt-free!

I’m certainly not saying that you change your Christmas pudding with it, but here’s a suggestion for a healthy meal of their vacation.

Ingredients:

1 cup flour with yeast (or use half whole wheat and half
buckwheat to reduce the gluten)
2-4 ripe bananas (ripe works best)
1 cup of dried fruit and / or dried fruits: prunes, almonds, figs, Rasin
sunflower seeds. You can also try fresh fruit such as apples, pears, raspberries, etc., etc.

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

Bake for 1 to 1.25 hours (until knife comes out clean)

You can experiment and mix any combination of nuts, dried fruit and fresh fruit. We do everything and anything in what was in the kitchen. Even our pulp juicer was once, but without much success :-) We wanted to try, because it is always a waste to throw the rest of the fruit juicer.
