Muffin, the chocolate flavour and aroma are irresistible

Muffin Actually it is not native to Indonesia or cup cake cake, but sometimes I bake them for family events, because all people love them so much, especially chocolate chip muffins. It feels really good chocolate flavor and aroma to attract, direct chocolate chips melt in your mouth. This is just a great muffin.

Material:

100 g chocolate chips
100 g dark chocolate Cooking
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 egg
1 cup milk Plain
1 / 3 cup plus 2 tablespoons, or 100 ml vegetable oil

Sift the dry ingredients in a large bowl:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Line 12 muffin pan with paper.
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, make a hole in the middle.
3. In a small saucepan, melt dark chocolate with butter in boiling cooking water. Let stand until cool, about 10 minutes.
4. Beat the eggs lightly, add the vegetable oil.
5. In a medium bowl, stir together chocolate-butter mixture, egg mixture, vegetable oil, and regular milk, until all is well understood.
6. Pour chocolate mixture into the center hole of the dry matter. Stir until just combined and batter is smooth and seamless. Add 3 / 4 of the chocolate chips (except for the top of the muffins).
7. Spoon batter into muffin cups to a row of 3 / 4 full, sprinkle the remaining 1 / 4 chocolate chips over batter.
8. Bake muffins for 20 minutes until all the dark alley and muffins.
