Chocolate Cheesecake Marshmallow Fluff

What you need:
1 x 12 oz pieces of semisweet chocolate
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 x 7 1 / 2 jar of Marshmallow Fluff
2 x eggs
Sour cream 1 x 80Z
Chocolate Crust or 1 x 1 x 9 oz pie crust ready
How to do:
First Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
More second hot (not boiling) to melt the chocolate and set aside.
3rd Mix cream cheese and marshmallow fluff in a large bowl with mixer at medium speed until smooth.
4th Add eggs and sour cream and mix until well blended.
5th Stir in chocolate.
6th Pour into pie shell and bake for 45 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
7th Stop the oven and let cake cool in oven with the door open for about an hour.
8th Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack.
9th Cover and refrigerate cheesecake for at least four hours before serving.
If you want to do it yourself crust instead of using a ready-made one, then here’s how you go about it:
20 x Oreos
6 tablespoons butter or margarine for, melted
First Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.
2nd Stir the melted butter.
3rd Pour into 8 or 9 inch hinge.
4th Press the bottom and sides of the pan to one inch from the top with the back of a spoon.
5th To pre-bake the crust, place in a preheated 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
